Morgan edged past Meadowbrook 7-6 in an MVL-Small School game at Eugene Capers Field in Byesville on Friday, October 9, 2026.
The visiting Raiders (2-6) relied on the tough running of Charles Hockman to make a one-point fourth-quarter lead stand up. Defensive heroics proved decisive as Morgan forced a turnover on downs when Meadowbrook threatened at the Raiders' 48-yard line early in the fourth quarter, and later survived a blocked punt at their own 20.
With the victory, Morgan successfully protected their slim margin to secure the road win over the Colts (2-6).
