The Downtown Revitalization Project surrounding the historic Noble County Courthouse is entering its final phase of construction. Project supervisor Dave Dillingham informed county commissioners that work began on a prominent new stone and brick wall featuring the Noble County Courthouse identifier.
Local officials and construction crews are working diligently to wrap up the remaining elements of the beautification effort. The revitalization aims to breathe new life into downtown Caldwell, creating a welcoming and attractive environment for both residents and visitors.
