Shenandoah standout Ida Estadt captured her third 3A cross country title in the last four years with a stellar performance at the Cal Pokas OVAC Cross Country Championships held at Cambridge High School.
Estadt crossed the finish line with a new personal course record time of 18:44, which also placed her third overall in the prestigious regional meet.
The championship performance highlights another impressive week for area student-athletes as fall sports reach the final stretch of the regular season.
