John Glenn senior Ashlynn Kuklica captured the Girls Division title at the Muskingum Valley League Cross Country meet on Oct. 17 at Crooksville High School, navigating the course in 19:28.0 to win by 20 seconds among 64 runners.
Defending champion Erin Hogue of Tri-Valley finished second with a 19:48.1, while Sheridan senior Sheriden Glanemann took third in 19:53.8. Sheridan cruised to the team title with 38 points, placing multiple runners in the top 15 including Adriana Pack, Eva Jones, and Addie Dennis.
Tri-Valley secured second place in the team standings, and Morgan placed three runners in the top 20, led by Elana Wilson in seventh. Meadowbrook's Raegan Daugherty also notched a strong eighth-place finish with a time of 21:52.2.
