In a thrilling MVL-Small School finish in McLuney on Oct. 16, visiting Meadowbrook escaped with a 26-21 victory over Crooksville.
The contest saw late-game drama when Ceramics running back Brayson Hill plunged in for a 2-yard touchdown run with just 34 seconds remaining on the clock, giving Crooksville a brief 21-20 advantage.
However, the Colts answered immediately on the ensuing kickoff, returning it all the way for a touchdown to snatch back the lead and secure the dramatic conference road win.
