Cambridge battled hard in three closely contested sets but dropped a 25-23, 25-19, 25-21 decision to Oak Glen in an OVAC volleyball consolation match on Oct. 14, moving the Bobcats' record to 9-13 on the season.
Senior Bailey Anderson paced the Bobcats with 12 points and 12 kills. Tynli DuBose added seven points, Mariska Gray recorded seven points with a pair of aces, and Paisley Williams chipped in five kills.
Despite the road defeat, the Bobcats displayed resilience against a tough tournament opponent as they prepare for final regular-season contests.
